π₯ “Lukewarm Is Canceled: A Wake-Up Cry for the Church!” π₯
“Let the dead things tremble. Let the sleepers arise. The King of Glory is near.”
“Let the dead things tremble. Let the sleepers arise. The King of Glory is near.”
“Let the dead things tremble. Let the sleepers arise. The King of Glory is near.”
We are living in the last days. Not because of the news. Not because of the wars. But because the Holy Spirit is groaning. The earth is groaning. And if we really have ears to hear, we’d feel it too:
A trembling in the Spirit. A holy grief over the souls perishing around us.
Saints, if souls are not being saved, we have missed the point of ministry.
We don’t gather just for music and lights and soft, cozy sermons that never pierce the heart.
We gather to be equipped.
To be filled.
To be sent.
If the altars are dry,
If the baptism waters are undisturbed,
If the sinner can sit comfortably among us and never be convicted...
Then what gospel are we preaching?
π A Church Without Fire Is a Shell Without a Soul
The early church had power.
It had fire.
It had boldness.
Why? Because they weren’t trying to impress Rome—they were trying to shake hell.
Today, we have padded pews but no repentance.
We have strategy, but no surrender.
We’ve commercialized Jesus and sanitized the cross.
Where are the tears for souls?
Where is the burden that made Paul weep and say, “Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel” (1 Corinthians 9:16)?
π What Breaks His Heart?
It’s not the attendance numbers.
It’s not the slick branding or perfect harmonies.
What breaks the heart of God is that souls are perishing and we are too busy debating theology to notice.
We fight over doctrine while the drug addict dies alone in a bathroom stall.
We gossip in prayer groups while young girls are trafficked on our very streets.
We scroll past brokenness and call it "the world’s problem"—when in truth, it is our mission field.
Jesus said:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor… to proclaim liberty to the captives… to set at liberty those who are oppressed.” (Luke 4:18)
So, if He is in us, and His Spirit is upon us, why are the captives still bound?
π₯ The Call to Burn Again
Let me be plain:
If your fire has gone out, get back on the altar.
If you feel nothing for the lost, get on your knees until you do.
If you’re too busy for souls, then you are too busy to carry the name of Christ.
The time for cute Christianity is OVER.
The time for diluted messages is OVER.
Lukewarm is canceled.
God is looking for a people who will burn again. Who will fast, cry, and contend for the lost. Who will GO—even if no one claps, even if it costs them everything.
π PRAYER:
“Lord, forgive us.
We made You an accessory, not the Center.
We chased crowds and neglected the one soul crying out for hope.
We played church while demons danced.
But Lord… we are here now.
Break us. Purify us. Fill us. SEND US.
Use us until there’s nothing left to pour.
Let revival start in ME.
Let the sound of heaven shake the ground again.
And let no soul in my reach go without hearing the name that saves: JESUS.”
π Scriptures to Meditate On:
-
Matthew 28:19-20 — Go and make disciples.
-
Psalm 24:3–10 — Who may ascend the hill of the Lord?
-
Romans 10:14 — How will they hear unless someone preaches?
-
Luke 14:23 — Compel them to come in.
-
Revelation 3:16 — I will spit you out because you are lukewarm.
Let the Church arise.
Let the fire fall.
Let the name of Jesus echo in the streets again.
Not by might. Not by power.
But by His Spirit.
